Kassie really wanted to make Halloween sugar cookies so we did for FHE the Monday before Halloween. I am particular about my sugar cookies. I like them thick and soft. My sister-in-law makes the best sugar cookies I have ever had so I looked up her recipe and we went to work.
Now to the fun part. . . the FROSTING!
Forget the frosting. Lets EAT!!

I will have to check out that recipe--I am picky about sugar cookies too. Good for you guys...I look at that and think "ugh...what a mess!" But you can tell the kids loved it! (And let's face it, I am sure your kids were much cleaner with it that mine would be! : )
I've got a pretty good sugar cookie recipe but I'd love to try this one--Lofthouse cookies are the best!! :)
Haha--I just looked at the recipe and it's pretty much the same one I use! No wonder they're so good! ;)
