I am probably driving my kids crazy trying to keep the house in perfect condition and ready to be shown at a moments notice. The sooner it sales the better off my kids will be and the more likely I will avoid going to the nut house!

oh, I hear ya on the keeping the house clean! You actually get to be a master at the "quick clean" sooner than you would think. A good candle does wonders too!:) good luck.
btw - it was fun to see the basement, I've never seen it all the way finished!
