He read Around the World in 80 Days in 3 nights and has also finished Swiss Family Robinson and is almost done with Robin Hood. Yes he is reading an abridged version. He had been reading for about 3 to 4 hours a night! We have had multiple discussions on setting limits especially on school nights. Jason claims I have no one to blame but myself considering when I start a book that is really good I can't put it down either and will read until the wee hours of the morning.
Here are some pictures of my book worm:

Way to go, Brock!! I have been known to read a book from cover to cover regardless of the time factor. I am excited for you to have discovered the joy of reading. Love you! Grammy
Way to go, Brock! I used to hide under my covers with a flashlight reading after bedtime, too. Grampa would be so proud that you read Around the World in Eighty Days. He really liked it and would always try to convince me to read it. I can't wait to hear what other books you read.
I love that Brock looks like he is trying not to smile in the first picture! Hope he learns the limits lesson. Reading is fun, but being exhausted is NOT!
Happy 100!! :) Believe it or not I used to stay up late reading too!! I know, I know--shocker!! Those were the good ol days of Sweet Valley High and Babysitters Club! :) Way to go Brock!!
