Miss Kassie is 5!!! Of course she was heavily involved in the planning and preparations for her birthday.
She helped me make, bake and decorate her butterfly cake.
She needed a new outfit to wear for the day that was a little warmer then the shorts she put on because we woke up to snow on her birthday. Kassie wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse for her birthday dinner. I was totally good with that. She was excited to ride the saddle until we got there and seated then she was nervous about it. She did it but honestly looked like she was going to cry. I asked her why she was so nervous about it and she said "There was a lot of people!"

Grammy Norris gave her a treasure box to decorate. We had to make it that night and then we Skyped with her so she could see it.
