Beans Beans the Magical Fruit!

Not that I didn't have enough already going on this week with the painting but I went out to pick my beans and found much more then I bargained for! The last two picking I have only had enough for about one pressure cooker full of bottles. Well this time I had about 2 1/2 full buckets of beans and ended up canning 16 pints and 20 quarts of beans! My goal was to get between 50 and 75 jars this year and I just reached 50 jars! I probably will still have 1 or 2 more pickings so I am very excited that after a slow start and replanting that I will make my canning goal.
