Happy Birthday Jason!

Another birthday has come and gone for my wonderful husband! I won't tell you how old he is but it is somewhere between dirt and rocks. j/k I think he had a nice day. He did have to work so that was normal but he did mention and appreciate all the text messages and comments on facebook. He came home from work to enjoy a fabulous dinner of lasagna, bread sticks and green salad. (he selected the menu of course). Then he opened his present and cards. Finally we had ice cream cake for dessert. I had to run to young womens so sadly he was left home to put the kids to bed.  Calvin and AnnMarie stopped by and kept Jason company until I got home.
Yes when you have that many candles you do feel like you are blowing out a small fire.

Jason putting the finishing touches on the fresh Creme Brulee from the Creme Brulee kit he got for his birthday. A gift we can all enjoy.

Maybe someday if we ever come visit you guys he can make me creme brulee after our long shopping day at Real Deals, Hobby Lobby...etc!! :)

Love that picture of the boys with all the candles! We just had home-made creme brulee that doug's sister made for his mom's birthday and it was delicious! Of course the kids thought the torch was the best part :)
